Her career began in mental health, where she learned the value of listening deeply and supporting people through difficult chapters. In 2006, she entered real estate and soon became a trusted expert during one of the most challenging housing markets in recent history. Through her company, Bridger & Associates, Charlie successfully negotiated hundreds of short sales—earning full mortgage satisfactions for clients and helping them start fresh with confidence.

As the market recovered, Charlie expanded her expertise across traditional real estate, mortgage negotiation, and even construction—earning her contractor’s license in 2018. She became a broker in 2015 and later launched her own brokerage, committed to proving that homeownership is more attainable than many believe.
